IMHO, the reason for Windows is that with LOGIC being an APPLE program and so easy to purchase, it makes it harder and harder for consumers to purchase DP over Logic. I'm not saying that one is better over the other, but it does make for an uphill battle right there. Sonar does quite well on Windows...
