828mkII works wonderfully on my PC's.

CueMix is non-existant in the mkI.

That is the file that needs to be opened for the driver install.
Apparently you will have to point back to that same folder, for the install to locate other files during the driver install process.
The 1394.inf is just the first file it wants.
