Open a Perf 3.64 file

First off.. love the new look. Has anyone had success opening a Performer 3 (3.64) file in DP6.02? Tried loading it also to no avail... also tried 5.13. This sequence was transferred to a cd a couple of years ago. Both 6 and 5 just quit when I try to open or load. Any suggestions? I do still have my...

DP and non MOTU hardware question

Gotta Big Ben feeding clock to an RME FF800 and the WC light is fired up. DP sees the RME in the Hardware Setup but is telling me that it's using "Internal" clock (with no other choices). Should DP be telling me that? Or should it be telling me that I am using Word Clock?
TIA

Working with the wrapper is a test of patience, but it does work with Leopard. Yes, you cannot open old projects with the wrapper but new ones started will be ok. It took me a couple of tries to get it going, but so far so good... just be careful and follow the directions from Spectrasonics and all ...

This started happening with greater frequency about a year ago, so I'm not convinced it's Leopard only... and in my experiences, it's not just audio or MIDI. After a hard crash dp will ask if you want to locate audio files that have been trashed.. but with this certain disk write error the audio see...

I get this about once a week also... lately just changing the name produces another DP file (without all the audio) and that seems to work. But every once in a while the whole shebang is lost and I need to go back to the previously saved version. Saving full blown copies at certain points is a great...

OR I have seen some intel mac users report that there machine does not "see" the 424 card. However most mac pro users "see" it fine. So I don't know what that issue is -- I hope those that have it can get it resolved. -------[/quote] Yeah.. the system profiler on my 8 core showed...

It appears I have the same problem... 8 core with new 424pcie... 2408mkII ... the card is seen in the profiler all the time while it's plugged into the computer. The card is seen by the "motu pcie audio setup" when 1st booted up, but if it's unplugged while the computer is on then it takes...

RME FF800 and DP clock question

Hey everyone and Happy New Year I have an 8 core running dp 5.13. As I'm trying to get to the bottom of some pcie 424 issues I'm using the rme. WC is coming from a Big Ben, but I can't seem to get DP to come out of "Internal Clock" mode.. is this the norm for the FF800? The 800 is telling ...

Any known issues with 2408mk2 and Intel?

Hey all
I've got an 8 core intel with 10.5.1.. a new pcie card and the latest drivers (cd and the site). I can't get the mac to see the 2408mk2. I've tried all slots and most ports. Yet the same 2048mk2 will be fine on my G5 running 10.4.11..
Any help would be appreciated...

I disagree James... Digi did it right. They were forthright in their intentions with NO room for conjecture .. there are no dots to connect.
Not quite sure what motu is up to but it appears that honesty is being left to the eyes of the beholder...

Respectively
