Hi!
Obviously, the cheapest way is to add a MIDI usb interface, but why don't you want to daisy chain your two processors? You save the MIDI interface and you free one usb port...

Try this: open battery as a stereo instrument, check battery's prefs (or settings...) and enable seperate outputs.
Then re-open battery as a multi-channel instrument.
Good luck.

You're right, you have to create AUX objects to access your individual battery outputs.
First plug battery as a 'multi channel' instrument. Then check the input setting of your AUX object(s) and choose the right battery output(s).

Talkback will not help in your case. If you don't have that 'mix bus 1 includes computer output' option in cuemix, check that you've got the latest drivers.
If this doesn't help, try the spdif cable trick. (see above)

There is an option in the cuemix console to return computer output to mix bus 1. If you set Audition to record mix bus 1, you can then record what is playing thru your main outputs. Alternatively, you can connect a digital cable between spdif in and spdif out, route your vsti to spdif out and set Au...

Forget the spdif connection, plug your subwoofer to the ultralite and then the monitors to the subwoofer... i think it's the only way (cause the sub filters the low end of the monitors out, avoiding linearity and phase problems)

I don't think you have a driver problem but rather something is not correctly setup. (in windows control panel?) Why not forget the windows software synth (not really convincing in my opinion) and use inside your sequencer some of the free vst software synths you can find around? Take a look at this...

Hi! You have to connect analog outs 1-2 to your subwoofer's inputs and your monitors to the subwoofer's (analog) outputs. That's the way most subwoofers work: keeps the lowest frequencies (cutoff is usually adjustable) and sends the rest of the spectrum to the monitors. Then you can control the over...
