Motu Ultralite to analog subwoofer?

Post by tm21 »

Hi!

Im really impressed w my new toy the ultralite!
:D
Its a big jump from m-audio fw410!!!!!! :P
But I have a problem again!
How need to configure the ulite to send the signal to my DS-5 S/Pdif monitor and the analog subwoofer! Right now I can send the signal to the monitors trough spdif or switch to the woofer! But I want listen both in the same time!
Any idea?

Thanks!

Forget the spdif connection, plug your subwoofer to the ultralite and then the monitors to the subwoofer... i think it's the only way (cause the sub filters the low end of the monitors out, avoiding linearity and phase problems)

Thanks!

But this is a cambridgesoundworks thx650 what is dont have a spdif out!!!
It will go to ebay and I'll get the logi 5450 what has spdif input...
My old soundcard fw410 was easy just plugged spdif out the monitors and line1 to the subwoofer with a big jack! And set the maudio software to send out the signal to both line!
