I too am looking for a way to copy mixer settings from one song and use them in another. This should be standard recording 101 stuff but I have not been able to find an answer yet.

As has been already posted, go to the tech notes from MOTU and search SOUNDFLOWER. Very simple to get GB as a VI in DP.
