in Kontakt, go to options, advanced tab and turn the buffers to minimum. Slide the fader all the way to the left on both of them. I was having the same problem with Les Paul Custom performance preset. Works fine now that I lowered the buffers. This is a global setting and will not need to be touched...

maybe recording from varying sources such as tape and different converters yeilds varying textures as well. Everything doesn't sound so sonically similar. Didn't he have a Radar in the chain. I think the Radar with Nyquest is the goto tape to DAW machine for the guys with some time and money. Then i...

i do like it here. Been here since 2002. Just was gone a while. I am bit serious at the moment as I am in incompatabilty limbo. I have been using logic and PT but have always kept an eye on DP. I bought 4 a while back only to find it didn't supprt PT. so I went to logic and the use of TDM and AU is ...

Geez. All I said was that collaborating with Apple Loops would be unexciting. And it just a passing joke. I need to post a resume to qualify myself? By the way, there's a link to my music services included in every post I make. Check my signature below. You'll see that I'm neither big time nor smal...

Re: apple loops
may not be excited for you, but loops are an esential part of todays film music, and music in general. They provide textures for well written sequences. Oh, dunno, something tells me that chrispick does alright w/o Apple Loops . . . At anyrate, good luck w your collaborations -- hope you get...

Re: apple loops
But today, at any rate, maybe your best bet is to work in Logic if you need to collaborate w other Logic users. Not an exciting prospect, I know . . . Well, it's as exciting as collaborating with Apple Loops. may not be excited for you, but loops are an esential part of todays film music, and music...

Re: PLUGSOUND PRO
Some extra hit on the cpu, but that would work.ng62gn wrote:Hi,

apple loops
Just started using apple loops in DP. They import and when dragged to a track lock up on the beat. Is it actually creating a new file on the disk. Itlooks like it is. This a major problem. In colaborating with others via the net in logic, if your sounds drive are the same , all you do is e-mail the ...

simple MIDI question
how do you get DP to record entire measures and not just when it recieved notes. I want the MIDI clips to be locked to the measure so I can copy and past them. Right now when I record MIDI they are broken and the clip is only where the MIDI is recieved.
