Here's an interesting problem!
I installed my Mach Five 3.01 on my 8 Core Mac Pro and it worked fine.
I installed the update 3.1.2 and I can't see it in the instruments in DP 7.24
I can see my older version of Mach Five 2.
MachFive 3.1.2 plays as a stand-alone, so it's in there.
Any ideas?

I think you're right about the iTunes 70/30, judging from the content of the link you provided.
Although I had a different experience very well possible due to a third party (middleman).
I didn't negotiate directly with iTunes.

I read a couple pages of this post and skipped a couple because it seemed very repetitive to me. The arguments come from us in the business. We make a living at it and we hate to see our work get stolen. Who in their right mind would want to work for free? Anyway, there something I've being thinking...

Open the CueMix FX and check to see if you have a signal going through the mixer.
Check to see if the fader is down on the channels where you connected the keyboard.

I also think that there are new drivers up on the site, but the site seems to be down for the moment.
