I am new to the MOTU896MK3. Is there somewhere that I can get a drawing of the signal path of the unit and CueMix. They give some detailed instruction for some audio programs that I don't use. It would help me figure out how to use the unit and it's software if I didn't have to wade throu paragraphs...

sorry, new to this stuff. If have a MOTU 896mk3. I cannot get the new firmware ver 1.06 to load. I have downloaded it several times and each instances returns a "file is Bad" flag when I attempt to install it.

How do you check for such a problem?
does this affect PC computers?

First question: are you using a laptop or a desktop computer? It sounds like a disktop. I always thought the PCI slots were the same ( not pci-e, etc) So, if you have a card slot on the desktop, a PCI to firewire card should work (get TI chips on the card).
