I just got bit by the template issue. My orchestra templates from DP5 were not working in DP6 and I was going to scream and/or cry if I had to re-do all of the bundles with each new project. yeah, it has been tough but i guess they must have run into some serious bugs or something. software companies don't like NOT releasing software They really prefer to release it...but without Major "known" bugs. It'll come at some point and hopefully the wait will be worth it.

the easiest is with Soundflower...but that only gives you 16 channels of audio (as far as I know). So, you're still limited to 16...

I have that same problem and I'm not running under DAE. It just appears to be a common bug, unfortunately.

Have you Copied the Audio from the Movie into your Sequence and muted the audio on the movie window (option-click the volume on the movie window to mute/un-mute)?
