DP 10 working with dual screens on Sierra?

Post by CT »

If I run DP with "Displays have separate spaces" checked in Mission Control, DP display responds normally. However the consolidated window will not stretch across the two screens.

If I run with "Displays have separate spaces" unchecked, the consolidated window will stretch across the two screens, but DP display response speed decreases with track count. (about 1 second to show any changes if running 100 empty mono tracks).

Is anybody successfully running DP 10 using the consolidated window across 2 screens?

I did a little test on a project with about 35 MIDI tracks (Displays have separate spaces unchecked) and can confirm a slow down in redraw response time.

Interesting, it's only a bug when the consolidated window stretches across two screens.
Doesn't happen with separate windows in both screens etc.
Definitely write up a tech support on it.

ps - I stretched it across three screens. 30" Apple Cinema (center) and a Viewsoniq 26" (I think) on each side.

Hi Labman, I just got of the phone with Motu. They are aware of the issue and hoping to fix the bug soon.
