I did not see any info on motu's site, I guess it is not ready yet?
If I want to run dp on a mactell, will I have to upgrade to 5, would be nice if a 4.65 version for intell was released......

Macbook pro, 3 gigs of ram, osx 10.62, Dp 5.13, Live 8.1.2, Reason 4, Tc powercore Virus, Albino 3.02, proper ergonomic sitting posture, plenty of coffee (french press only with a pinch of cardamon added)

I think qo is speaking for his own personal set-up.
Supposedly, DP will be Intel-ready by the end of this year (2nd quarter). More and more third-party apps are introducing Universal Binary versions every day. I'd guess that by early next year most things will be ready, perhaps even earlier, albeit most won't be extensively field tested by that point. Early fall '06 might be a bit too optimistic though.

But anyway's I am a little bumed, I'm not an engineer, but a musician and live soft synths is where it's at. But the performance is a big issue without the intell boost.......
