Anybody using Audiomovers Listento with DP?
I've got to do a remote spotting session and would love to run Audiomovers' Listento plugin in DP instead of Pro Tools, but it's not supported by them. Anyone using it successfully?

No reason it should not work with DP; just not tested.
I have been planning to get on board with ListenTo, but I'm all shot up (Moderna) and haven't had a session that required it since I found out about it.

Thanks, but I'd like to hear from someone who's been using it reliably before I base a spotting session with all the producers and director on it.

Off-topic possibly (sry), but Audiomovers for spotting? It doesn't do video does it?

Suggestion/request to smashprod: Try it out first. And please let us know how it goes if you do! It is a truly great concept.
And though it doesn't do video, dix, I've been reading folks often run a simultaneous Zoom session for that and have seen videos of it in action. You can adjust latency to get very close to the Zoom video latency so clients can follow right along.

Don’t have time to be a guinea pig on this one. I will run the session in PT.

FWIW I use Listento 1.03 in DP all the time, works great with no issues at all.
I haven't tried the newer version, I didn't want to risk it not working and becoming a hassle. Not because of anything about the new version, I do that often with most software when I'm busy.

I've done this. It's a bit clunky to setup but once it's straightened out it's cool. I had my two bandmates sitting in remotely on a mix session. There are videos on YT about how to set it up.HCMarkus wrote: ↑Wed May 12, 2021 4:26 pm Suggestion/request to smashprod: Try it out first. And please let us know how it goes if you do!
