DP crashes when closing Waves Electric 88

Hi.
I've got a track that's working find except for one thing.
When I try to close the Waves Electric 88 window, or delete the track, the program crashes.

As long as I leave the plugin open, all is well.

Oops. Just started crashing when I quit, too.

Any ideas?

Similar rig, Mojave, but DP10.11 not a problem here.

This wasn't a problem till yesterday.
Also noticed it crashes when I try to change the buffer.

So maybe it's not connected to the Waves plugin.
I'm going to try loading DP without plugin turned on and see if I can just delete that track and see what happens.

Update.

I opened DP in safe mode and deleted the "offensive" plugin.
Then opened DP again.
All seemed okay for a little while.

But now it freezes with other plugins. Usually freezes when I close the plugin window.

Additional info.

Tried using a waves plugin in another file. It closed without crashing.

Have you tried Loading the problem Project file into anew DP Project?

Yes.
Same problem.

Now I' m working on it and just leaving the waves plugin window open. Everything is ok, but when I quit DP it freezes again.

I found some info on the Motu site and followed their suggestions.
I dumped the com.motu.DigitalPerformer.plist and the folder com.motu.MotuAudioSystem

I no longer have the Waves problem and it looked like all was well.
However, whenever I quit DP it crashes. So I seem to have narrowed it down... I guess.

Solved.

Was on the phone for a long time with Waves tech support.
Turns out the Version 11 plugins were the problem. Apparently I have to upgrade to DP 10 to use them. Crap!
