I'm running DP10 (fully updated) in OS14.6 on a Mac Pro. I'm getting regular crashes while trying to edit audio tracks in the Sequence editor. This often happens when I move or cut/slice audio files, or attempt to add a cross-fade between two neighboring audio files.
Any obvious answers to this issue? I run dozens of plugins, verbs, VIs etc within DP, but this happens just as often when every VI track is disabled and perhaps only a few audio tracks are enabled / playing.
Thanks!

Re: DP10 Crashes while in Sequence Editor
I've had similar issues in other version of DP, so I don't know if these tips help you or not with DP10, but here goes. Different fixes each time from edge editing and drawing fades. First, if you have a LOT of fades, aka multitrack drums that are cut and quantized, merge them into one audio file. Fixed my problem in DP 8 like this.. the second is to generate a new ColorSync profile in the Display Control Panel. I had a corrupted one (don't ask me how it happened, I don't know) but as soon as I made a new one, DP got super spiffy and the crashes stopped in DP 9. If you'd like to know how to turn back on the OS crash reporter so you can see the Crash Log and maybe troubleshoot an affected plugin, drop me a PM and I'll forward a terminal command.

There are some other threads on this. Selecting one of the other ColorSync profiles does the trick, also.

Thanks guys. by "Color Synch Profile" do you mean PReferences / Display / Themes ? Any particular one work better for you? I'm currently on "Alloy".

This would be System Preferences > Displays > Colour where a list of profiles appears.
