the cause of stuck MIDI notes
Has there ever been a definitive answer of what causes stuck MIDI notes? This used to be something we heard about a lot here but not so much lately. I haven't had a stuck note for literally years until I bought Sonivox Orchestral Companion strings- stuck notes seem to be its main feature. Since I have lots of other VI's I can only assume its this particular plug and not DP but no way of knowing for sure. Anyway I was just curious of there was ever any conclusion made on this issue in general besides specific plug issues.

I picked up that VI too, Phil, and the only stuck note I got on it was in their Contrabass, and it may have had something to do with the note length bar extending over a measure line, either recorded or playing back in a loop, where this note extended past the end loop point, even when I changed the loop's end marker. But it is mostly working well, without stuck notes here.
