Since I installed 9.1, every time I open a project the counter is defaulting to frames instead of measures.
And measures are no longer showing up in the Event List.

Have you checked your settings in the Time Formats window (Settings>Time Formats)? I haven't messed with that window for a while so I'll just refer you to the manual. Chapter 7 in PDF User Guide.

Thanks, Phil O. I assumed it had to be something easy, but, I went through all of the Preferences. I don't believe I've ever visited Time Formats before.
It makes me very nervous about what else may have changed after the installation.
