Thought I'd chime in. I've had both the Cropmark and the Logitech Solar (after MIDILife's rec). I like them both but coffee killed the cropmark. The feel of the keys is great. I work in a pretty dark area and have never had an issue with the solar not working. I love not changing batteries!! I did have to change a couple of my command keys with the different layout and I do miss the caps key not lighting up.

Coffee? Yikes! Funny you mentioned caps lock. I have PC Keyboard Hack and only use it to permanently disable the caps lock key. I only enable it when I have to program a complex Quickey seq.

Call me a Luddite. I drilled a hole in my desk and ran the wire for the Apple wired keyboard with numeric pad back to my Mac that way. Also ran the Shuttle Express wires thru the hole. Mouse is bluetooth, connected via a dongle that plugs into the keyboard. I see no wires, and didn't need to buy another keyboard.
