Is there a trick to getting et1 to work?
I need a tuner that works with DP 4.6. I tried the eMagic tuner, et1, and although it works with 4.5, it doesn't with 4.52 or 4.6. I think it might just be some installation weirdness. Can anyone get this to work with 4.6 without an error message, or is there some other alternative? Thanks.

I've only ever used it in 4.12, but it is finicky.
Never put it on a surround-track, bam! it'll crash everything.
Never put it in a signal chain btwn other things, bam! it'll crash everything.
I only use while tuning up, and as an insert in an audio (not Aux) track and I get rid of it (not just bypass, but I get rid of it) before doing anything else within DP.
Used in that way, it works. Given that its free, they may not have updated it for Tiger, et al.

…string theory says that all subatomic particles of the universe are nothing but musical notes. A, B-flat, C-sharp, correspond to electrons, neutrinos, quarks, and what have you. Therefore, physics is nothing but the laws of harmony of these strings. Chemistry is nothing but the melodies we can play on these strings. The universe is a symphony of strings and the mind of God… it is cosmic music resonating through 11 dimensional hyperspace.

Thanks for the replies. I guess it won't work. Does anyone know of another tuner I can insert as a plugin? Otherwise, to check the tuning of a sample coming from my computer, I have to hold a tuner up to the speaker. It looks really unprofessional but routing the audio to the input of a handheld tuner is WAY too much hassle.
