Hi together
I have a problem with the motu828 mk3 and the CueMix FX aplication. If i want to open the console with dobbel click the "Motu CueMix FX Console", no window ore desk is appearing. Only below in the dock is showing me that the aplication is open.
Does anybody know what could be the problem?

i have that same problem! i'm new to a Mac, but at least on Windows, it'll attempt to open, even though it tells me that there was no MOTU device found... b/c for some reason my laptop doesn't like the MOTU.

Try looking in your Applications folder for CueMix FX, ( not the Motu CueMix FX Console)

Thanks it seems to work now...
I haven't seen that there is also a "CueMix Fx*" folder. I just looked for Motu...there.
But for what is the "CueMix Fx Console"?

right click the dashboard icon chose exit then reopen cuemix. it works for me when for whatever reason ive had it happen to me.alex82 wrote:Hi together

Hallo, be carefull if is there the upper menu bar of cuemix , if it is there (without mixes window) just clic on fourth item "device" and select the name of your card and the windows come back . When you close the mixes window the cuemix fx is active without window as it is able to change from a card to another one when you have two or more Motu cards on firewire.
