828-mk3 Phantom Power not working

Hi,

I'm trying to hook up my condenser mic to the mic/instr inputs at the front of the 828-mk3. I'm using a TRS to XLR connector from the MOTU to the mic. The 48V is switched on. When I probe the pins, I do not get any voltage across the pins. The microphone works with my other equipment.

Is there some software or other setting I need to enable in order to use the phantom power? Is the mic input broken?

Nevermind, you have to connect with an XLR in order to use the Phantom Power at the MOTU.
