UltraLite MK3 Glowing Blank!

Hi,
My ULmk3 was working fine when it suddenly turned off.
When I turned it back on the LSD opened with "MOTU" on the screen then went blank while still glowing and unresponsive to any buttons or knobs. I haven't been able to use it since. I've tried numerous times to turn it back on and all it does is glow the LSD blank until I turn it off again. has this happened to anyone?

Open to any suggestion!

The same thing happened to me , mk3 hybrid , I was running firewire with the ac adapter , I shut everything down , and , disconnected the ac adapter and ran the firewire ( that sends power to the unit) , it stopped...

...are you saying this fixed the problem? if so I've tried that and my Ultralite remains blank

Yes , and it has not happened since then , either that was the remedy , or it was just a glitch / power surge ?

eatsoap i'm experiencing the same thing. did you end up resolving this problem? what was the outcome? anyone know?
