Thanks again for the jump start! I am putting together my template and man is it time consuming! But when all is said and done it will be worth it! I too have DP 6 sitting on my new intel Mac Pro but I am still using my G5 PPC with DP 5.13. I, like you am waiting for the dust to settle! My setup works and I can turn out projects for clients with minimal hassle, so why rock the boat!cbergm7210 wrote:No problem, Rik. It's all about helping the family, right?rikp wrote:WORKED LIKE A CHARM! Hey, if you ever need any saxophone tracks for a project just let me know. I owe you one! I AM ON MY WAY! Nice to see that you are also still using DP 5.13. We have a very similar setup. How is play behaving for you? I have it loaded on another Mac and have had no problems!cbergm7210 wrote:rikp, I joined the party and made a flick to show 101 on this thing. Not that I know anything at all about this, mind you.![]()

Rik PfenningerI myself have been served many times over by the efforts of the nice people on this board. And I may take you up on some sax tracks sometime!
Play is working good for me. It was not working well when it was on a drive that was almost full, but I moved the samples over to another drive that was almost empty and now it is rocking. And yes, I have had DP 6.0 sitting here in its box since July. I can't afford to move up until there's 95% consensus of stability from the guys on this forum, which I don't believe we are quite there yet.
I am going to spend some time this weekend and make a bunch of setups with Bidule and see what I can come up with.
One interesting thing I noticed is that when I switch buffer settings in DP Bidule dumps and reloads the VI's in its setup just as DP does. Interesting.
BTW, Rik, check Mike's sig for his setup details.
Thanks again, and I was dead serious about the sax tracks

Peace
