Right now I'm just using a standard "computer workstation" desk, with a computer keyboard tray and space for displays and the like. I've got my Kurzweil positioned right in front of me with my computer keyboard positioned in front of that on the desk itself. It shares space with my external HDDs and interfaces.
Returning to the "damage", given the position of my Kurzweil directly in front of me, I end up leaning on it a lot as I'm typing or doing anything else unrelated to it. That has caused two of the keys to actually crack in half and I've had to tape them back together for a temporary fix. I'll likely be sending it in for a repair job, but would like to prevent this from happening again.
What I'm really looking for is desk that has a sliding keyboard shelf that can accommodate a 52pound 88key keyboard and also a place to put a mixer/control surface...hopefully a Mackie Control in the future. I'd love to be able to have my keyboard out while composing and then easily slide it away when not in use, then having my control surface right in front me for mixing. Of course, also having space for monitors, displays and some rack gear would be nice.

Most of the desks I've seen have space for a control surface and computer keyboard, but no keyboard controller, or if it does, no sliding shelf. Does this sound like something I'd have to try and build myself or is there a commercial product already available that can fulfill my needs?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
