Hey i use reason all the time and it's mix engine to my ears is not the best so rewire it to DP and IT SOUNDS a lot better because it uses DP mix engine and you can use DP and other plugs,

Best

Hi

If you enable MultiRecord for audio tracks in DP preferences.
You can assign many Reason outputs to desired tracks in DP when using ReWire.

I never use reason this way. It could be that you are using reason's mastering combinator and that is not getting included in the bounce (?) Try recording the main outs of Reason straight into DP via rewire and see if that makes a difference.

I do this all the time. If you want the drums to sound exactly as they do in Reason use Reason 1/2 in the audio output as the mixer is plugged in to the audio out for Rewire. This will incorporate the Aux inserts in Reason's Mixer. I like my tracks dry as my plugs in DP are much better. Be sure to understand that sometimes mono tracks are better for some sounds and that each inst. in Reason has a R&L output. I use the left when I want mono.
