That may be true, but I haven't run into that yet on any products that I have talked to the company about. As in, when I have called and spoke directly with someone who works there. They've never told me wrong information. I wasn't implying they lie to anyone.
It's the things they don't say that I was referring to.
These can also cost you a packet, it seems.
Things like, "You may want to hold off on that purchase, as we've only just dumped TDM".
Not a great explanation but I think you'll know what I mean.
