A new discovery (for me)

Post by jlaudon »

I often import a lot of audio tracks into DP, and used to add a certain amount of audio tracks, then drag the import tracks into these, then rename them. Today I discovered I can drag the import tracks into the left side of the tracks overview, and automatically the tracks are created with the names and everything ready to go.

It's probably in the manual, so it goes... :P

Hello,

I have been thinking to upgrade from version 4.61 for some time now.
This is good news. I'm quite close now.

Yeah and it works in both the T.O. and the S.E. You can even Drag directly from the finder to either the T.O. or S.E. I use AudioFinder to manage my audio sample and I drag straight from it to DP.

Thanks Dwetmaster,

I will order the upgrade really soon.
It will be a good moment to get the new version when it is quieter time.
I have to be sure that everything works before I continue with the production.

A few question about the sequences. I use them in many ways and I load them
from the other projects also. I have had sometimes some problems when loading sequences from other projects, DP is quitting. Has MOTU improved the sequences in any way? Like any new functions or features?

ok, issues with the sequences have been quite minor, so I will order the upgrade anyway :)
