VEPro Multiple Instance Issues
I realize this is probably a Vienna issue, but I figure I can't be the only one to run into this. Basically, I open my template in VEPro 4, fire up DP...and what *should* happen is that DP connects to all my instances that are loaded. Instead, it keeps creating all new ones, ignoring the ones that a...

Re: Slow/Spinning Wheel
The problem was gone, but now it's back. Which caches can I check? I'm going insane having to wait every time I want to do something.

Re: Slow/Spinning Wheel
Dude, thank you so much. I moved the movie file to a different hard drive and all is snappy. In retrospect, it was a pretty obvious thing to try. But that's retrospect which is kind of in its nature. I think that makes sense...anyway, back to work!

Slow/Spinning Wheel
Sorry, guys. I'm sure this topic has been addressed, but I'm working on a film with a tight deadline right now and don't have time to search for people with a similar issue. I would appreciate any help you could provide, either in the form of advice or links to other posts that contain the answers I...

Re: The Curse of the Tiny Continuous Data Points
Wow, three great replies. Thanks! I can see myself using all 3 of these depending on the situation. Thanks again!

The Curse of the Tiny Continuous Data Points
Please tell me I'm an idiot and I'm missing some preference somewhere to increase the size of these things beyond 1 pixel by 1 pixel. At 1080p resolution, it's absolutely maddening to have to grab a single pixel to adjust stuff.

Re: Bidule/Jack
Solved...found it in another post after more searching. Oddly enough, you have to set up Aux tracks in DP with the input set appropriately ("Jack Router 1-2, Jack Router 3-4", etc) in order for them to show up in Jack. They will not appear in Jack until you create an aux track for them. We...

Re: Bidule/Jack
Thanks for the suggestion, but I should have mentioned I want to run Bidule in standalone as opposed to ReWire.

Bidule/Jack
Hi, I've been searching through the forums for a while now and couldn't find exactly what I was looking for, so I hope someone can help. I'm looking to do something pretty simple. All I want to do is host my VIs outside of DP to get around the 4GB 32-bit limit DP has. I know VE Pro is probably the w...

Re: DP 7.2 - Full Screen Video window?
Stephen, does Virtual VTR allow for scrubbing? Need something that will go frame by frame and sync perfectly to allow for finding hit points and such.

Re: Quicktime crash when moving to 2nd monitor
I just recently started having this problem again. It hasn't reared its ugly head in quite some time. I'm using DP 7.22 and have 3 monitors on 2 dual DVI cards. IT doesn't matter which monitor I try and drag the movie to, it crashes as soon as it is fully into the new monitor. Tried converting the ...
