It looks like new drivers are available now. Just tried it out - the CueMix does not crash anymore. Still need to check the rest.

Guess what? I installed SP3 on different system just to test it out and CueMix does not start either. So, it is not SP2 issue. The MOTU latest drivers are just plain broken.

The download message at motu's site says minimum requirements are XP SP3, so maybe that's your problem. I bit the bullet and updated my XP to SP3 and it seems to work fine. Same issue here. Got Traveler with no original disk. Downloaded latest driver/software from MOTU. Everything installed fine. Audio console opens fine, talks to the Traveler OK.
