Using VIs in Standalone w/ DP
Hey everyone, Been digging around to find a solution for this but so far coming up short.... How does one use VIs in standalone mode with performer? I'm stuck at how to get MIDI messages from inside DP to talk to the VI. Perhaps trying to assign MIDI outputs the same way I would use a VI within DP i...

Re: time stretch multiple soundbytes
Using the Scale Time function is a good way to do this accurately, even though sometimes eyeballing it is the better way to go. Just make sure "time scale audio" box is checked.

I don't know this shortcut and a search didn't find it. Can you point me to it, please?
Many Thanks

Automatic bussing?
This may be just wishful thinking, but is there a command that allows me, while I have a bunch of tracks selected that I want to bus together, to create an aux track and automatically have those selected tracks bussed into the new aux track? It'd be an enormous time saver instead of creating an aux ...

Oh... gotcha. Nevermind, my last suggestion won't do you any good then

Re: Overdub Record Question
I've done the same thing.... you can undo to the point before you made the punch, copy the good MIDI you want, then redo. You can then delete the merged MIDI and paste in the good MIDI from the clipboard.

Re: Losing Plugin GUI
Make sure you select valid outputs for the instrument track once it's open... VI's wont fully open until they're on a fully connected and enabled track. At least that's been the issue I've run into in the past...

Re: BFD2 And DP Bug
BFD2 is causing my pan and send knobs to glitch. They jump all the way to max or minimum respectively when I touch them. Actually , it's all "knob" adjustments AND audio file editing with the selector such as fades and selecting an area to edit / delete / trim I'm running 5.13 on a Mac Pr...

Re: List of plugins DP6 doesn't like
Mentioned this in another post, but probably is more suited here: T-Racks (1.22 and 1.3) If try to apply it to a soundbite (not use it as an insert on a track), none of the parameters can change while previewing the audio. Knobs and switches just sit stubbornly in place. Once I stop preview, everyth...

Re: T-Racks and DP 6.01
do you mean using T-Rack as an audio suite? if so , most of my audio suite plug won't change their parameters while previewing. This is the reason I'm not using DP6. The post processing, I do with-in AudioFinder, handy. Yeah, not using it as an insert like the other poster suggested. Weird bug... I...

T-Racks and DP 6.01
Hey all, Has anyone else encountered this issue with DP 6.01? I just upgraded from 5.12 and noticed it as I tried to master my first mix. If I select a audio chunk (usually my full mix) and open up T-Racks to do a quick master, T-Racks won't let me change any settings while I'm previewing the mix; t...
