I own DP 3.11 and 4.61. v3.11 needs OS9, which negates my Mbox , and 4.61 won't install (needs G4). Is there a tweener 4.x that would install on a G3 and could use OSX 10.4.11 w/Mbox?

what does error ID = -199 mean?

"An error occurred while reading from the disk. The file was not loaded."

DP crashed on exit while last saving the project, now it won't open. Other projects still open normally, though. It looks like the app is ok.

it worked--i ran the DP installer CD and all the patches and device names were restored. i'm relieved that this could be fixed without reinstalling the whole OS!
