I think you need to contact MOTU directly and ask for a return authorisation. They will charge you $80 plus shipping for returning to you. Their lead time is about 5 weeks after they get the unit in. If the traveller hsa ADAT ... use the traveller on the PC and link it via ADAT to the 2408 on the Mac with adat sync/wordclock sync.
