Hi, after working perfectly with my mkIII for 5 months, now i have a major issue... when i put the Firewire cable in my macbook nothing happens. Normally the motu audio setup starts. i'm using DP5.12 and a MOTU 828MKIII. When i want to start CueMix console on my Mac, it start, but i can't load any presets, i can't go to some kind of mixing station to do any routing for my recordings. Today I updated the driver, runned through OnyX and resetted the preferences, renewed the firewire cable..
all without succes...
oh, yesterday, before connecting the powerbook as a harddisc, I lost connection because I disconnected the powercable (220v) of my 828MKII.. maybe this is important...

Macbook doesn't recognizes my 828MKII...
I'm using the 828MKII for quite a while without problems. (macbook pro, with dp5.12),
yesterday I bounced some tracks to a powerbook through the firewire output and today my mac doesn't recognizes the 828MKII.. anybody knows how to fix this problem??

I'm working with a Macbook Pro, Intel Core2Duo, does these plugins not work with that? Is there no solution to work with those?

I did al above and the strange thing is that the virtual instruments are loaded and usable. But the fx don't show in the insert menu, although the component files are in the component folder. The files are installed again, but with no result. The names of the plug-ins are SSL LMC-1 and the Fishfille...

DP doesn't recognize plug-ins
Hi! I've a couple plug-ins installed in my user folder/library/plug-ins/components/ but DP doesn't recognize them. Also in the same system folder, or directly under the level plug-ins, no succes. What do I do wrong?

maybe you can e-mail me a screenshot, cause i think i just don't understand the whole idea behind MIDI in dp, because so far i only did audio...

The only assigning i can do is the apple synth and an IAC driver.
In the instrument track there are only outputs (audio) to remap, so that's not what you mean i guess??
