Re: Suggest a hard drive for me...please.

awesome, thanks for the replys guys. I recently just reformatted my drive and reinstalled everything. I also bought and ran techtool 4 on it. Do you recommend a Firewire drive or a USB drive. I will probably look into LaCie or Maxtor. So I dont need to reinstall DP on the drive right? I just move al...

Suggest a hard drive for me...please.

I have a Mac G4 - 800 mhz - OS 10.2.8 - 1 gig ram and the standard 60 gig HD that came with it. DP 4.5.2 runs OK on it but a bit sluggish. I have considered ,after doing a bit of research and collecting opinions, that separate hard drive to run only DP and reason on would be a good idea , and then D...

OK, I have a mac G4 (800 mhz, 1 gig ram) that I have had for about 3 1/2 years - I finally bought tech tool 4 to optimize after having poor performance using DP 4.5 - It failed so many tests that I just decided that maybe it was time to "rebuild the hard drive" and partition part of it for...

importing quicktime file HELP- simple question

I need to boost sound for a group of quicktime files. I thought I may be able to do it in DP. I brought the file in, boosted the volume with the trim effect but now I can't figure out how to output it, or save it, back to the original quicktime format. These quicktime videos will be for use in a fla...
