DP 9.5.1 VE Pro 6.0.16xxxx and High Sierra grrr

It's been quite a while since I've posted here. I searched this topic but didn't find anything (sorry if I missed it). I've had my "main" system parked about three OS's back from High Sierra running DP 9.5.1, Vienna Ensemble Pro 6.0.1, Waves and with the exception of DP choking if I save w...

probably the case, Mach V 2 and Ethno do show multiple MIDI banks but that's probably because they are running under MAS.

Accessing Kontakt 3 & 4 MIDI port 17-32, 33-48 in DP 7

Hi everyone,

Does anybody know if DP 7 will address this? I have to launch a second instance of Kontakt 3 or 4 in DP once I exceed 16 MIDI channels but Kontakt offers 4 banks of 16 in one instance. Never could figured this out in DP 6, I assume it doesn't work?

thanks in advance

Re: DP6 + 10.4.x < DP6+ 10.5.x ?

This is something I am interested in getting to the bottom of, I was wondering if the recently released 6.02 fixed any issues. I'm running a G5 2.5 ghz machine, os 10.4.11 and dp 5.13. I was hoping to move the machine to dp 6.02 but I've heard all the same things about issues with Kontakt. So does i...

DP 6 on 8 core with RME "Raydat" pci-e card

Hi everyone,

Quick question, I'm on a dual G5 using DP 5.13 and planning on moving to an 8 core with DP 6. is anyone using the RME Raydat with DP 6 on the 8 core? good/bad? I guess anybody using an rme pci card based system would be of interest to me.

thanks

Cool... Most of the examples are dark in nature which is actually cool for me but I'd like to know that I could also use Evolve in a straight up R&B, Pop, or Hip Hop production without sounding too techno. Examples of that would personally be helpful for me and possibly others. Hi Kwiz, we've p...

The more tools you have, the better, I think. Generally, I'd agree with that. But there is much to be said for making what you have work for you. Some of my best scores (IMO) were don quite simply. IN the old days, that meant a TEAC 2340 (still have it!), a piano, a floor tom tom and an 18" cy...
