Thank you so much to Tripi who helped me solve the problem. Apparently on the Aux channel in DP, an actual Audio Input needs to be used and not just a bus. As soon as I changed that, everything worked perfectly.

So I got the play through turned off. And adjusted the latency to 1024 to basically try to recreate what works for you. Still nothing.

Maybe a port on the router? For some reason connecting the two computers together without a router wasn't doing that well.
