If A company is in error, if it's human, technical, or whatever, they should get in front of it, own it, and apologize. I guess you missed the public mea culpa that the president of the company put out on most of the forums, etc. basically taking fully responsibility and prostrating himself before ...

One relatively small misstep shouldn't define anyone, group, or organization. Humans should, IMO, be somewhat more compassionate then we're accustomed to seeing these days. Besides, we all make errors at some point and to pile on for a solitary error, especially when it concerns an internet problem...

I got used to it fairly fast (for an old fart like me) and the every increased functionality

Perhaps MOTU has finally heard us about moving faster on fixes?.... :D And, the marketplace is getting more and more competitive. Another co. that releases things quickly is Vienna.
