out of the blue my second system, a powerbook G4 running dp4, mach5 and mx4 is asking me for an keycode authorization together with the original disk. Could this be an ilok issue? I'm on the road at 1am at night waiting to call MOTU tomorrow AM, hoping they can help me over the phone. Does anyone know if they can help me out with this over the phne/internet? or should I start thinking about having my original disk fedexed out to me?
The ilock seems fine according to their website, just wondering what could had triggered this and if anyone had similar problems when swithching between systems.
thanks,

Are you in a different timezone? Did you change the time on your PB clock? If so, that has bit me in the past.

BEN,
thanks so much, i had indeed changed the time zone setting, I just switched it back, and I'm back to work. so glad you replied I was going crazy trying to figure out how to explain the director that my main software wasn't working and that my disc was back home, especially when my session starts 2 hours before MOTU tech support even starts working.
THANKS AGAIN,
best,
daniel

Actually, it's Bill, not Ben. Ben Lomond is the town I live in.
Anyway, glad to hear you're back up and running.
