Move to song position

Move to song position

I've just rencently started investigating DP's suitability as a replacement for Logic 7. For some reason I'm not able to find the key command that moves an object, note, soundbite, etc to the current song position.

So for instance, how would I move a note to say 9|2|351?

Also, I haven't been able to find the keycommand that advances the song position by frames, does such a thing exist? If not, how does a DP user quickly spot notes and soundbites, etc with frame accuracy?
