Only show tracks in my track group

Only show tracks in my track group

So I've got a track group set up. I'd like to display only the tracks in this track group and hide the rest. How do I do that?

I can hunt down one of the tracks in the track group and alt/opt click on that, but that means I have to hunt down one of the member tracks first. Isn't there a way, like in the Track Group Window, to hide all but the tracks in my track group from there?
