Record to multiple MIDI channels at once - RESOLVED

simple question, it is possible to record into multiple MIDI tracks at once? I am not able to mark more than one track for recording. Thank you

Hmmm. It certainly is with audio. Never tried it with MIDI and I just powered the studio down. I would try putting it in “Multi-record mode” (I can’t remember where that is) and see if it lets you then.

DP defaults to OMNI mode, in that it ignores the device & channel and just records any MIDI input to the currently record-enabled track.

Go to the STUDIO pulldown menu, choose Multi-Record. Now you'll see that you can configure the input for each MIDI track, and you can record enable any or all of them. You can set each track to "listen" to a specific channel from a specific device now.
