I use cycle record a lot but in the current project it has stopped working. Memory Cycle and Overdub are on, and recording happens on the first pass, but then DP goes out of record mode at the start of the second pass. I started a new empty project, and cycle record worked as it usually does.
Anyone know of some obscure setting that might stop this working?
Update: Used Load to pull the main sequence into a new project and Cycle Record works again.
I've used DP 10 almost entirely for simple projects that I probably could have done in Lite, or even GarageBand. This is the first very complicated project I've done in 10 after doing a lot of them in 8 and 9. It's been a PITA not to put too fine a point on it. Lots of odd glitches like this one, and a few crashes every session. I didn't have these problems with DP 9. I really liked the new pitch processing, but that's not enough.
Thinking of installing DP 9 if this keeps up.

Re: No Cycle Record
11 cured all of my 10 ills. I saw my first crash in 11 this evening but I had changed a setting and didn't Save (on purpose) so I'm not concerned.

Re: No Cycle Record
The annoyance du jour is the new project created by loading the old one (that wouldn’t do cycle record) had completely corrupted Bundles. Bundle names I had in Busses appeared in Inputs, Outputs and Instruments, Instruments in Inputs, etc. Instrument outputs were associated with the wrong instruments. Bundles had been duplicated up to 4 times so I had about 80 entries in the busses, and none were correctly assigned in the project. Spent the the whole afternoon recreating bundles and signal paths.
I’d like to think DP 11 is the solution, but it seems unlikely.
