I had recently purchased Babylonwaves extensive collection of articulation maps. (Great collection and really good technical support!)
My maps didn't work after a restart of DP11 because the outputs kept defaulting to Eb20, which is not a real pitch.
In the Preferences in DP, changing the Pitch Display to middle C = C4 does trigger the articulation map bug. But it only reliably showed up after I quit DP and then opened it again. I'm fairly sure I saw it change before my eyes a few times, but I don't know how I triggered it. (I can’t believe the old C3/C4 debate is still causing problems!) I'm firmly in the middle C = C4 camp, for what it is worth.
The good news is that changing the pitch display back to middle C = C3 and then quitting DP will fix the problem for the next time you use DP. I also reloaded the articulation map for the instrument(s) just to be extra safe.
MOTU did track this down (Kudos!) and is promising to have this fixed for the next update.

Re: articulation maps bug & partial solution
I also recently acquired the version corresponding to Digital Performer and am satisfied with it; however, something catches my eyes.
