The only work-around I've found is to select another View window and then move back to Track View and this clears the garbage.

Scrubbing in DP 11 Leaves Artifacts in the Track View
When I use the Scrub Tool in DP 11 it leaves artifact lines in the Track View.
Anyone else having this issue?

I had similar screen artifacts when I was using the adjust beats tool to manually fix some timing issues.
