10.13 was released today on 10/13 (there was no release numbered 10.12). The document you can print from the installer I've also posted here with the feature and bugs squashing list: https://www.freqsound.com/motuuserfiles/DP1013.pdf
It will overwrite DP in the Mac Applications folder, so if you want to keep the older version give it a different name (add a suffix for example).

Just kidding, but also venting a little. I can't image why MOTU has yet to ask me to beta test unless their worried I might drop the f-bomb around here. I've quashed a few bugs w/o them and been a loyal user for decades. Oh well, they need me more than I need them.

I just got a notification for Performer Lite (PL) as well. Not sure if it's a one-off, or if both DP & PL release cycles are now in-sync, and this will be the norm for future releases. In any case, the PL Windows install doesn't have any options -- it simply installs to a separate directory without any choice, so you end-up with both 10.12 and 10.13 (the previous version of PL was 10.12). The Mac install for PL is the same as you mentioned for DP -- it installs 10.13 over the existing version. I've never been able to find release notes or release history for PL, though.
