New Soundbites from Beats issue from newbie

Hello,

I poked around this forum for a while, and I haven't seen this exact issue. If it's here, pls forgive for this re-post:

Basically, coming back to DP from PT and trying to get up to speed, I'm testing New Soundbites from Beats, and I've run into a little trouble:

Using Control-B for New Soundbites from Beats, the feature worked a few times, and now, no matter what I try, my "Apply" button is greyed out in the New Soundbites from Beats dialogue.

I've tried importing a different audio file for this test with the same results. I've tried quitting and re-starting DP...

And I know that there's a feature to quickly make multiple edits on the grid, sort of a beats and bars-based corollary to this feature, but I'm not seeing it in the manual...

Any helpful hints would be much appreciated.

I think it's because either the beats are already there, or the soundbite has already been split at the current level of sensitivity. It you change the sensitivity, the Apply button should come back.
