Erratic window population

DP has been doing something very annoying for some time. It is my understanding that when you open an edit region window, it is supposed to populate the fields with your last setting. Sometimes it does. But many times it will keep populating them with the same settings over and over again, regardless how many times you change it. Or it may revert back to a setting I haven’t used for a while. The most maddening thing is that many times the Change Continuous Data window will open with -1 as the cc. I have never even once, even by accident, entered a cc of -1. I don’t know where it gets that. Has anyone else experienced this?
