Microbook IIc - Glitches in media players Windows 10

Hello, I am experiencing glitches in playback while listening to music with my Microbook IIc using media players (foobar2000 , iTunes) in Windows 10.

According to this link I should "Raise the buffer size: Try raising the buffer size to a higher number, then test. A higher buffer will incur more latency, but uses less processing power.":

But I don't know how to do it (DAWs like Ableton have their own options).

Can someone please tell me how to proceed for just listening to music with iTunes ? Is there an option in CueMix FX hidden somewhere ?
