Transfer from DP to Pro Tools

Hi,

after many years coming back to DP I'd like to know the preferable way to transfer a DP project with audio files into Pro Tools. I don't quite remember how I used to do this...

Save as a AAF file. OMF works also

Except there's no way to transfer your plug ins or many other important settings unfortunately
