Hi All,
Having a weird seemingly random issue with the MIDI Editor.
Everytime i switch to the edit window it mutes the track i'm working on so i cant hear the instrument i'm trying to edit (a Kontakt instrument).
Going back to the Tracks screen allows me to turn it on, clicking on the MIDI Editor turns it back off - both the Kontakt and MIDI track.
Could be me doing something really stupid ....
Any sugggestions as ever welcome !

Re: MIDI Editor Muting Tracks

Yeah, DP's mute is a bit weird, but so awesome!
It sounds to me you have inadvertently set one of DP's Solo modes...
Make sure the main Solo button in the transport is not engaged (so everything plays, tracks show a blue play triangle icon), or Solo-enable the track(s) you want to hear and then turn on Solo mode (those tracks turn into an orange llow play mode triangle icon - depending on your Theme, of course).
Also, you can option-click on the Solo button on the transport and check the Solo Front-Most Window if you like. That will solo the tracks shown in whatever window you have active, so you can have different sets of solos for different windows depending on what each shows.
What you're seeing may be related to this.
